Terms of Hotel Service
• Check-in is carried out only after the presentation of a passport and 100% payment for accommodation
• If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or a credit card number, booking stays only till 4 p.m. the day of arrival
• Time registration and check in begins at 14:00 of the current day in local time.
• Check-out time is 12:00 in local time.
• In case of early check-in from 05:00-12:00 and late check-out from 12:00-21:00 the amount of 50% of the room price is charged.
• Guest can extend his stay only by prior agreement and in case of room availability
• Your room rate includes: breakfast- from 07:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m., Wi-Fi, free entry to the SPA, parking.
• Payment is made only in local currency - hryvnia (UAH).
• When placing from 0 and older children or adults are charged an additional fee for a person per night is charged.
• The price of extra bed includes breakfast and all the standard range of additional services.
• Pets are not allowed in the room
• Please take care of the complex property. Guest is obliged to pay in case of loss or damage of the hotel property and equipment
• It is forbidden to take out things that are included in the room set (bed covers, blankets, towels, bathrobes, rubber slippers, etc.)
• Smoking in the rooms is forbidden
• It is necessary to comply with fire safety regulations, sanitary hygiene. Do not store highly inflammable and explosive substances
• In case of cancellation up to 1 day before the date of arrival no fee will be charged
• In case of late cancellation or no-show 100% of the first night will be charged.
